As the Security committee would appreciate the cooperation of everyone throughout the period that the program would hold: The staff members are hereby enjoyed to adhere strictly to the following important instructions in order to achieve the desired orderliness and peace during the period; Especially Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd April 2025 when the Grand finale would hold.

 

(1) That vehicles can gain entrance through both University gates.

While only the University visitor's vehicles, invited guess "dignitaries ' would exit the Campus through the University main gate along old Ilorin Road, all other vehicles are only allowed to move out of the Campus through the Under "G' gate.

(2)  That staff members should please comply with the instructions as regards movement in and out of the campus and especially at the Convocation arena.

(3)  Please be informed that ropes will be tired to barricade some areas in order to avoid unnecessary human and traffic conjection.

(4)  That only invited members of staff should please turn up at the reception venues:- especially the V C's lodge and others like The Hall and Guests house to avoid unnecessary embarrassment .

(5)  That canopies, tents, chairs and entertainment from graduands would not be allowed at Convocation arena Except at the designated places approved by the Convocation committees.
